The heroes of our publication are very different people but they are united by the fact that once they have made their choice in favour of Beko. We continue to introduce you to the colleagues who were not afraid of long-distance travels for the sake of working in our company.
From scratch
Dmitry Sichkar graduated from the Ivanovo University of Chemistry and Technology in 2020. As soon as I received my diploma I moved to Kirzhach and got a job at Beko.
– I was preparing to defend my graduation thesis when I found out about the "Job Fair" that was held at the University. At the Fair, I heard about Beko. My friends and I got the contacts of the factory, called them and asked when we could come to talk, to see the production and then to decide whether we would work or not. The first thing that struck me at Beko was the scale. Production was just huge. As they say, it's more than the eyes can take in. There were a lot of machines, a large conveyor belt, equipment. I was afraid that I would not be able to cope. But when I started working my colleagues helped me. They were telling, showing and explaining everything that I didn't understand. No matter what questions I asked they didn't dismiss me and they answered everything. We have a very good and friendly team. And my supervisor, Andrey Alexandrovich Turasov, supports me. q q

"I am glad that my career is starting in an international company," - says Dmitry Sichkar, a technician from the refrigerator preproduction workshop
Together with Dmitry, his university friends also moved to Kirzhach. It's easier to get used to a new city, solve everyday problems and have fun. But no matter how difficult it was at first, the young man did not regret that he moved.
– My parents have supported my decision, - Dmitry says with a smile. – I am glad that I am starting my career from scratch in a large international company. Enormous prospects open up for me. Now I maintain servicing for thermoforming machines that produce plastic refrigerator cases. My main task is to prevent the line from stopping. I am constantly studying, learning a lot of new things. I have set the goal to become an engineer. There are such opportunities at Beko. I am sure I will succeed!
There is the room for creativity at Beko
I was born and raised in the city of Shuya, Ivanovo region," says Pavel Musakin. - Graduated from the Ivanovo University of Chemistry and Technology. After I had defended my graduation thesis I worked in a mechanical engineering company as a quality engineer. But not everything suited me there, so I decided to look for another job. To do this, I posted my CV on a large HR portal, and after a while I got a call from Beko. And almost for a year now I have been working as a technician of the refrigerator assembly production line. I am engaged in maintaining the equipment in operation.
Pavel appreciates his work because it has some creativity in it as the young man says.
“
"The main value at production is people," – according to the technician of the refrigerator assembly line Pavel Musakin
– People working on the line are different and their needs are different, - says Pavel Musakin. – For example, a person is uncomfortable with something on the line and he asks to adjust the workplace for him, so I have to think how to change the ergonomics of the workplace to make it comfortable to work. In general, we have a wonderful team at Beko. Because of my duties I communicate with colleagues from different departments, so I have already learned how to be on the same page with everyone. I also have very good mentors. At first, my mentor was engineer Andrey Alexandrovich Turasov but there were personnel changes and he moved to another department. Now I turn to Dmitry Alexandrovich Sidorov for advice and I respect him very much for his professional competence. They are both highly qualified employees, professionals in their field. You can always consult them and learn something new, what you have not known. So the main value of production is people.
Pavel Musakin is just starting his career in the large international company. He is happy with the opportunities that have opened up and he dreams of an internship in another country. The young man devotes his free time to sports – jogging in the park or riding a bike, enjoying the beautiful nature and fresh air.
Special atmosphere
I am originally from Tatarstan. After graduation from the university I worked in a laboratory, was engaged in science and studied soil fertility (my second degree is soil science). I defended my PhD thesis on the topic "Comparative analysis of the quality of organic matter of soil under hay and pasture lands".
I completed my postgraduate studies and was thinking whether to stay in the science or try something new. The time of self-determination was not easy, so I posted my CV on one HR portal. And I got a call from Beko Company.
Yulia Ersal, a specialist of the HR Department, told me about the factory. And at that time by the way I didn't know anything about it. So she invited me to an introductory meeting.

"I really liked the team: all the employees are friendly, open and polite," - environmental engineer Aliya Gilmullina shares her impressions of working at Beko
The relocation did not frighten me. Besides, the new job gave me the opportunity to use the Turkish language that I learned a few years ago – this was one of the main factors why I decided to work at Beko. And I also really liked the team: all the employees are friendly, open and polite.
Apparently, people are selected in a special way or they become like that here because the atmosphere at the factory is absolutely amazing. You know, the human factor is very important for me. People who will perform the tasks together with me are important. I haven't managed to make friends yet but there are colleagues with whom I am pleased to communicate.
When I decided to come the Company's HR staff helped me find an apartment and settle in. Of course, I have certain habits. So far I have left them because I focus more on work, on adaptation but soon I will return to my usual lifestyle. I will find time and opportunities for what I love to do. And what I love is soil and I like to grow plants on it. Always and everywhere I found an opportunity to arrange a small fruit and vegetable garden. Now I have a mini-garden on the balcony and in the future I would like to expand it but already on the real ground. Maybe next year if the management permits it will be possible to lay out flower beds and landscape the territory of the factory. By the way, it will be easier to talk about the environment, to conduct briefings and educational activities, that is to do my job.
To Beko for stability
I was born and raised in the city of Vladimir, – says Anton Gamayunov, an engineer of Beko Company, – I studied at the local polytechnic university majoring in internal combustion engines. Our faculty has been training specialists for a tractor factory since the Soviet times. But the factory was closed, so with a diploma in my hands I faced a challenge where to work. The best option at that time for me was the Research Institute of Electrical Engineering "NIPTIEM" where they were engaged in the development of electric motors. I worked there for five years but the institute started to have problems and it was put into liquidation. Then there were a few more places but instability with work and lack of decent earnings – all this offered little room for optimism.
At this unstable for him time, engineer Gamayunov received a call from Beko and was invited to work. Anton did not agree immediately. It was difficult to change the established way of life, to leave his wife and friends. But after a while, he accepted the offer.
– I started working at Beko in November 2020, – Anton continues, – my position is a design engineer of the Development Department focusing on "refrigerators". I'm still trying to understand a lot of things because refrigerator is a complex object. So far, I mostly perform the tasks that the manager sets for me. We are improving the design and launching new models and I am taking part in several projects. Now the Beyond model has been launched – it is already going along the line. The Prologue Project is waiting for us in the autumn.

"Working in an international company is a guarantee that you keep up with the times," says Anton Gamayunov, design engineer of the Development Department
Anton Gamayunov admits that he likes working at the enterprise: – There are stable and very serious investments into human capital at Beko. There is constant training including English (the company is international) and special field-specific programs. It is very valuable at the enterprise that the managers are in constant dialogue with their subordinates. They are aimed at getting a response. If I have any interesting ideas they listen, if I am mistaken in something they tell me about it - this is good feedback. Working in an international company is a guarantee that you keep up with the times and understand what trends are relevant in the world. After work, Anton goes home to Alexandrov. As his wife and little son, Stepan Antonovich Gamayunov who will soon be 4 months old, are waiting for him at home. By the way, after the birth of his son Anton received financial support from the company.
