So that children from the families in difficult life situations do not feel deprived we held charity event "Help to Get Ready for School". It is a pleasure that Beko Company has been a permanent participant in it for several years now. On the eve of the Knowledge Day, the employees presented stationery kits to children from low-income families.
Each kit had everything necessary for school: notebooks and pens, coloured pencils and sharpeners, erasers and rulers, felt-tip pens, gouache paints and brushes, sketchbooks, cardboard and coloured paper, scissors. In total, 410 children received gifts and good mood. By the way, the employees of Beko helped some of the children to buy school clothes and some also got desks to start studying. Beko often comes to help our beneficiaries. They helped one person of the first disability group to buy a refrigerator, another one - a wheelchair, rehabilitation equipment and necessary household appliances. And kids from low-income families are always given sweet gifts on the eve of the New Year.
On the occasion of the Great Easter holiday, a master class on making Easter souvenirs was held for the centre's pupils. The children were very happy and received a lot of positive emotions. There is mini-club of vocational orientation for minors "Profi" in our centre. Beko employees arranged a tour around the factory for teenagers, told them how the production process was organized, and introduced them to the profession of an assembler. Good deeds make a person better and richer spiritually.
In our busy times, when the social situation has aggravated and there has been a global reassessment of values, the help of benefactors, sponsors, philanthropists to those who need support is invaluable, and the importance and necessity of charity events is more than important now.We thank Beko for their responsiveness and participation and we hope for a long-term cooperation.
