EXECUTIVE OPINION
Dear friends!
This year we are having the 15th anniversary of our factory. Beko LLC Kirzach factory started to operate in 2006, October 15th. Since then we have produced more than 3.5 million refrigerators and 6 million washing machines for the Russian market and for export. In October, we will also have a remarkable coincidence that total production will reach 10 million products while celebrating our 15th year.
After establishment of Kirzach factory, Beko brand became much more recognized in Russian domestic market and our sales increased each year. In years; new Refrigerator and Washing machine models were added in the product portfolio. More technological, environment friendly and high quality platforms were created for the Russian and export market.
Including the factory construction and production equipments, Arçelik group invested 6,5 billion rubles in Kirzach during 15 years. This amount shows the importance of Russian market in Arçelik Global operations. Moreover, our long term plans show that we will double this investment in the following 5 years. These investments will include new washing machine platforms, new refrigerator models and sustainability projects that will support the global ecology.

2005. The legendary team: Abdurrahman Şahin, Arman Arıkan, Hakan Kozan, Adnan Tüfekçi, Fahrettin Özdemir, Vedat Kader.
At this point, I am quite sure that we all remember and express our gratitude to Mr. Adnan Tüfekçi and his legendary team Hakan Kozan, Abdurrahman Şahin, Arman Arıkan, Vedat Kader and Fahrettin Özdemir. They have sacrified their nights and days to establish this factory from green field to a modern, technological premise that we are working now.
Also we have to thank to all our country managers, factory directors and our employees who have supported this factory throughout this journey. The developments may not be possible without their continuous effort during these years.
After 15 years of experience, our factory is now more target oriented, more flexible to changes in appliance business and moves in a very agile manner to the future. We all know the local customer needs in Russian market and making our new designs accordingly. Moreover, we are using the methods to have sustainable designs, processes and production in our factory. Our aim is to leave a better world to our children and next generations.
Also we have to thank to all our country managers, factory directors and our employees who have supported this factory throughout this journey. The developments may not be possible without their continuous effort during these years.

Next 5 years will be a transformation period for our factory. Washing machine production will be transformed to a new technological platform and product designs will be more energy efficient and sustainable. These changes will bring us new opportunities both in Russian and CIS markets. We will increase our market shares in all countries and our factory will continue to grow.

Last two years has passed under the influence of COVID-19 all around the world. Russia has been also affected due to this global pandemics. Alltogether, as Beko family, we are making an excellent cooperation in order to overcome those hard days. Meantime we continued our production and make our best to supply the demand of customers. I know that the hard work we carried out in these days is appreciated by our partners in our industry and create a good brand awareness in our customers’ minds.
Although nobody can estimate the deadline of pandemics, I am confident that as Beko family we will continue to support each other and will leave these days in the past as a strong team.
