Ivan Antropov and Yelizaveta Filippova moved from Pervouralsk to work at Beko. They live in the city of Aleksandrov and travel to the factory in Kirzhach.

– In Pervouralsk, I worked as a leading specialist in continuous improvement systems at the Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant, – says Ivan, – but I wanted more, so I posted my CV on one of the HR portals. After a while, the specialists from Beko Company called me. During a short online interview, they asked questions, listened carefully to the answers and then invited me to the enterprise for an introductory meeting. I was interested in this proposal, so I agreed. Moreover, it was important for me to understand what I would be dealing with. By the way, the travel from Pervouralsk to Kirzhach, the location of the factory, was 100% paid by the receiving party. I spent almost the entire shift at the factory, looked at the production, understood the specifics, passed several more interviews, talked to my future head of the department, managers and director of the factory. And I accepted the job offer. Do you know what I have liked the most? The fact that Beko is a large international company. There are almost no such companies in the centre of the country. They have clear goals, transparent assessment criteria and huge opportunities for further growth, both personal and in career.

And I am easy about changes, - Ivan retorts, - although I have not relocated before but I have long dreamed about it. Liza and I live in Alexandrov and work in Kirzhach. There is no transportation problem - a service bus takes us to and from work. And there were no difficulties with settling in a new place - the staff of the Company's HR department helped us with all everyday issues.

– Ivan and I have been together for a long time, – Yelizaveta Filippova, an assistant of the logistics department enters into the conversation. – When he received an offer from Beko, I did not talk him out of it. I knew that this was a great chance for my beloved to prove himself in an international company. You see, Beko means new tasks, new opportunities for development. Therefore, of course, I was in favour of the offer that was made to him. But to be honest, I was sad that he would go alone. Fortunately, Beko also offered me a job, despite the fact that I was still a student, studying at the Yekaterinburg Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. So the company only strengthened our union. Of course, relocation, new job, new emotions - all of this was great but to be honest, it was difficult to leave our hometown.

- And I am easy about changes, - Ivan retorts, - although I have not relocated before but I have long dreamed about it. Liza and I live in Alexandrov and work in Kirzhach. There is no transportation problem - a service bus takes us to and from work. And there were no difficulties with settling in a new place - the staff of the Company's HR department helped us with all everyday issues. They explained what district was better and quieter, and where the infrastructure was more accessible. They helped us find an apartment, an excellent option of the quality-to-price ratio. Of course, Aleksandrov is smaller than our native Pervouralsk but proximity of such megacities as Moscow and St. Petersburg pleases us. And it is much easier to get from here to many other cities that I've always wanted to see such as, for example, Sergiyev Posad.

– We have already got used to it, – Yelizaveta admits. – I am an athlete and have already resumed exercises, returning to my favourite hobby.

– I also go in for sports, –says Ivan. – Liza and I have already found our gym and have almost returned to the usual training regime. It's a pity that we are not engaged in our favourite volleyball yet but now we are looking for a place and a team to play. By the way, we met each other at volleyball.

- And we already have favourite places for walking in Aleksandrov, - Yelizaveta smiles, - and favourite cafes where we have lunch and drink coffee.

- But the most important thing for which we have moved is our work, - Ivan Antropov admits, - interesting, important, responsible. I am an improvement engineer by profession - looking for opportunities to improve the quality and productivity of people. The main thing in my work is communication with workers who work in production directly on the sites, so they know better than anyone else what needs to be changed, and my job is to listen carefully to them, to understand what should go differently, and from an engineering point of view, to make changes to the process in time.

Fortunately, Beko also offered me a job, despite the fact that I was still a student. So the company only strengthened our union. Of course, relocation, new job, new emotions - all of this was great but to be honest, it was difficult to leave our hometown.

- I help colleagues, do the documentation, draw up registers, add invoices to the system, check deliveries and perform other tasks, - says Yelizaveta. - The work is interesting and responsible.

- I can name five advantages of relocation, - says Ivan Antropov. - Firstly, it is a way out of the comfort zone, which opens up a huge number of opportunities for your own development. Secondly, this is an opportunity for professional growth because now I have a fairly high and responsible position and I am responsible not only for myself, but also for others. Thirdly, Beko is an international company. We employ specialists from different countries, and many communicate in English, so I have the opportunity not only to practice but also to improve my spoken English.

- Yes, I have also returned to English textbooks again, - Yelizaveta admits, - I learn new words, listen to spoken language, practice pronunciation.

- Beko has clear conditions in terms of career development, - Ivan continues to talk about the advantages of relocation. - I perfectly understand what and how I need to do, what goals to set and what tasks to solve in order to rise to the next step. And one more important benefit is a very good team in Beko Company. All employees are polite, friendly, open, benevolent, if necessary, they will direct you and help with advice.

- Yes, the company has a great team, - the girl supports her beloved young man. - To be honest, I was really worried about what it would be like at the new place, how the relationship would develop but I was so warmly accepted that all doubts were gone. Everyone is so friendly and positive that it was not worth worrying about. And the company also complies with all sanitary standards, strictly monitors that everyone wears masks, constantly treats hands. All of this shows how important people are for the management of Beko Company and how the employees are valued here as they take care of them, their health and wellness. And you know, I want to say one more thing: with the relocation, I have felt myself like a more responsible person, more mature and independent. Relocation and working at Beko is a very important decision for me, no, for us.
