The students from Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology share their impressions of the internship in Beko.

Attracting young qualified specialists is the most important task for any enterprise aiming at active development. Beko Company has been cooperating with Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology (ISUCT) for several years, as well as with the Vladimir State University (VlSU). Students of these Universities often visit our industrial sites with excursions, and many, after getting to know the enterprise, strive to get to us for internship.


We are always glad to see such students. This year, third-year students from ISUCT had their internship at our plant and they shared their impressions with us.

Internship in Beko was a very memorable experience for me. This is, first of all, an enjoyable team, a place of work and the qualification of employees. The organization turned out to be at the highest level, not to mention the enterprise itself.

During the internship, we learned a lot about the profession of a technician and an engineer, about the production of refrigerators and washing machines, learned many subtleties of work. And most importantly, we met people who work in our specialty. We can say with confidence that the internship has met all our expectations and even more. I express deep gratitude to Beko for the opportunity to undertake the internship with you!

Before my internship, I did not have a clear idea of production. What I saw made a great impression on me. This is a well-coordinated and refined technological process, due to which the company has such a high level of products.

I also learned about Beko's policy towards its employees. The company does not stand aside and helps many people. I think that this deserves special attention. The company values good personnel and tries to do its best to create optimal conditions for their work.

Undoubtedly, after completing the internship I had a desire to link my career with Beko.

Of course, I heard about Beko Company even before my internship. This is a leading European brand of household appliances, and it's hard not to know about it - my parents have a Beko brand dishwasher.

However, my first impression when I saw the scale of production was confusion. Fast pace of work, powerful and complex equipment, which I hadn't come across before... I was uncertain: would I be able to cope with it?

In interaction with my supervisor, I studied production by sites. I got acquainted with the subtleties of each. Everything that scared me turned out to be within my powers. Now I can say with confidence that my final impressions are the most positive ones.

The internship has fully met my expectations and even more.

I had the desire to connect my career with Beko Company when I was a second-year student. Here I am attracted by the opportunity for career development, respectable salary and a very friendly team that is always ready to help.

I dreamed of coming here for my internship, writing a graduation thesis regarding this company and then getting a job here. And so my dreams started to come true.

The internship was wonderfully organized: we were provided with accommodation and transfers to the enterprise and back, and at the enterprise we had delicious lunches. I would like to say many thanks to my supervisors for their help in collecting the information and mastering it.

I am very glad that I have chosen Beko as a place for my internship. I was able to get real experience working with documentation in my specialty "industrial ecology", to participate in environmental audits and to interact with the experts in our field - helping to fill out the annual waste report, getting useful experience and a lot of pleasant impressions. I gained a lot of new, useful knowledge in the EMS department. The managers were tactful to newcomers, constantly shared information and helped. 

The internship was very productive and left the best impressions on me. I will be glad if I can start working at Beko and for this purpose I am ready to move here from my hometown.

I read about Beko before my internship as this was the place I expected to get to, but only when I was at the enterprise I got the opportunity to see the entire scope of production.

Specifically for me as a future ecologist, it was interesting to discover that Beko paid great attention to environmental protection. Also, having seen how much they care about the quality of products in Beko, now I will undoubtedly recommend them to my family and friends.

I would love to come here for my pre-graduation internship. It will be very interesting to think about and draw up projects to improve the ecology of the enterprise. And I will definitely recommend the internship in Beko to my fellow students. Here they will be able to learn a lot of new things, get an insight about their future profession and improve their skills.

The internship was rewarding and involving. I knew about Beko long ago because I used their products, but here I could see with my own eyes the principles of production, painting and priming of washing machines and refrigerators.

I liked the organization of the internship very much - at the expense of the company we were accommodated in a hotel-type hostel with personal rooms and every day they gave us a ride to the internship site, which was very convenient.

I consider Beko as one of the places for my future employment. I have learned that the company assists young specialists wishing to work at production after graduating from universities in gaining their first work experience. And the team here is very friendly and will always help you get used to the workplace.
