Power in unity!
"Beko" supports projects promoting values that are clear and familiar to everyone: collective activity, love for the Motherland, work for the benefit of society.
Many employees of the Beko plant are members of the "Russian Community". Its branch was established in Kirzhach in April 2024. Members of the association help each other as much as possible, they regularly organize clean-up days to improve their hometown and make it more comfortable and beautiful. They control territory around the memorial at the place of death of Yuri Gagarin and Vladimir Seregin, and clean school playgrounds of the Krasniy Oktyabr district from garbage.
The main goal of the “Russian Community” is to help people and unite society representatives in the pursuit of goodness.

– I have been working at Beko company since 2016 as an wastewater treatment plant operator. I first heard about the “Russian Community” in April of this year in conversation with my friends. This interested me and I began to study principles and goals of this public organization.
I found out that we have really common goals. We want to make Russia a strong state, revive the true spirit of the Russian people, as well as its traditions, culture and religion. We advocate unity not just in words: we actually help each other in extreme situations. We also provide all possible ongoing assistance to people in need. Our general motto is "Together we stronger!"
Now we have more than a hundred like-minded people, and newcomers attend us everyday. In light of recent events in the coming new year, I want to wish us all a peaceful skies, calmness for our beloved ones and for our country. And also to find an opportunity to devote more time to our children, because they are our future.

– The largest event that we managed to hold this year was the folk festival “Russian Yard”. It took place in the village of Nikiforovo, on the "Artkolkhoz" territory. The program included performance of musical groups and cadets, who demonstrated hand-to-hand combat techniques. All guests could try themselves in shooting at targets, watch the cutting of vines with a Cossack saber, juggle weights, and take part in the cooking of porridge and traditional Cossack shurum – a kind of tasty and healthy lamb soup. And, of course, there was tea drinking with pies. “Russian Yard” is an annual event, so we will hold it in 2025 as well.
In challenging times, people must come together to help each other. We organize events in order to assist fighters of the SWO - we collect and send humanitarian aid, conduct master classes on pouring trench candles, which we send to the front. We collected and sent aid to the residents of the Kursk region. We render assistance to the families of those mobilized. Of course, we are engaged in charity work as well. But our key purpose is unity, unification of people, mutual assistance and support.

And I am really happy about this, because it gives me a sense of safety and involvement in preserving the values of Russian culture. Many Beko employees participate in the activities of this community. Whether we work hand by hand on clean-up days or celebrate holidays together, we feel each other’s support, and I find this very important.
I would like to sincerely, with all my heart, wish that in the new year all the purest, brightest and most cherished dreams come true, any wish become real, and that friends and relatives treat us with care, kindness and support. I believe that New Year's wishes come true!

The problem is that people have become tougher and less responsive, and are not always ready to help each other, even if they can. I would like to change this unpleasant “trend” somehow. And I believe that we need to start with ourselves, in order to show others and our own children that the world is not limited to the family, that there are people who need help in difficult situations, and we can provide it. I hope that a good example can also be contagious.
On the New Year Eve, I want to wish everyone health and strength. And, of course, let our wishes come true! Let the coming year become the most incredible and amazing! And only in a positive way!

The "Russian Community" unites caring people who are ready to come to each other's aid, help those in need, educate the younger generation, love the Motherland and appreciate cultural values. This is important for every community member and must be important for all the people as well.
