Dear colleagues! This year marks a special milestone for Beko in Russia: 20 years ago, the first production line was launched at our factory in Kirzhach. Over the years, we have produced millions of units, and the plant has grown into a modern, high-tech manufacturing facility. Thank you to everyone who has helped to write – and continues to write – our story throughout these years!
I am also pleased to introduce the new Executive Director of the Beko plant in Kirzhach – Barış Tekdemir. In his interview, he shares his first impressions, speaks about the priorities for the coming year, and explains why curiosity and long-term thinking are important both on the production line and in the office.
In this issue, we also highlight the best projects of 2025. Each of these initiatives demonstrates how the team’s ideas and sense of responsibility translate into real savings, stability, and quality.
We place special emphasis on working with young people and developing the next generation of professionals. Through the Fresh Starters ambassador program, active students can become representatives of the Beko brand at their universities and colleges.
And of course, spring is a time for coming together. We revived the tradition of community clean-up days and, as part of the global GroWeek initiative, planted trees and flowers around the factory grounds. Thank you to everyone who took part – from operators to directors. This is what “growth” means to us: when small actions for the common good create long-term results.
Sincerely, Onur Dostel,Regional Managing Director
