For the benefit of our dear region
Entrepreneur Day is a special event dedicated to business people developing the Russian economy through small, medium and large businesses. Of course, the Beko plant was among the participants at the traditional meeting of entrepreneurs which took place on May 26 in the regional House of Culture of Kirzhach.
The event honored regional companies from various industries. The participants were addressed by Roman Silva, Deputy Head of the Regional Administration, Andrey Dobrokhotov, Head of the Regional Administration and Marina Moshkova, Acting Head of the Kirzhach Administration. They thanked the entrepreneurs of Kirzhach for caring about their native land, their desire to improve it and provide assistance to various groups of the population. The local administration presented letters of gratitude to Döke Home Systems LLC, the Nauka research and production center, the Industrial Technopark of equipment, climate control systems and electronics, the Kirzhach printing house, the Polan country retreat house, Prokess LLC, the Kirzhach furniture factory, LLC "Kirzhach-Geology", RonsonProm LLC, Express LLC, KirzhachInformService LLC and numerous individual entrepreneurs. Ivan Khitrov, the choreographic group “Bravo”, the dance group LifeStyle and Alexey Feshchenko presented their creative gifts to the audience.
Beko's booth attracted a lot of attention from young people.
In the lobby of the House of Culture there was an exhibition of local products, as well as a photo exhibition “Glory and Honor of Every Profession,” telling about working jobs. On the floor of the house congratulations were heard and certificates were presented. In the spacious lobby, booths of the largest regional companies were installed which gathered guests, students and schoolchildren to tell them in as much detail as possible about the prospects for opening, existing vacancies and the requirements of employers. The booth of our plant attracted special attention.

– Representatives of the Beko company were invited to the celebration of Entrepreneur Day by the city administration. Our plant can be considered one of the city-forming enterprises actively contributing to the development of the Kirzhach region. This event is always attended by many young people, students and schoolchildren. They look for a job for their liking and want to learn more about local businesses. Therefore, one of the goals of the event was career guidance, within which we presented the Beko company, talked about the plant, new achievements and projects, and our corporate culture. In total, about 20 employers of the Kirzhach region attended the event on this day. In my opinion, our booth was one of the brightest. Photographs were displayed in the lobby, among which 10 were dedicated to our plant. We tried to show Beko as a responsible employer and emphasize the importance of our work. First of all, we offered to take a quiz, distributed gifts for correct answers, and answered questions from potential applicants. The feedback was positive. I am sure that in the near future young people, who were so actively interested in the intricacies of mechanical production, will join the enterprises of our region and will work for the benefit of their dear land.
