Our employees
The best employees in the great team
We continue to introduce you to Beko's top 2022 employees. Everyone has different experiences within the company, but all employees are united by a commitment to a common cause.

Larisa Ponomareva,

Production Planning Specialist, Production Planning Department

In 2006, I joined the Beko plant, the washing machine testing laboratory. At first I was an operator, then I became a foreman, and two and a half years later I was transferred to the production planning department, where I worked until 2018. I went on maternity leave, and upon my return I started planning raw materials.
When I started working for the company, the plant was under construction, most of the employees were young professionals, and the assembly line produced about 200 washing machines per shift, which seemed like a lot at that period of time. Since then, we have come a long way, production volumes have increased significantly, and we have more qualified specialists.

Our department has a wonderful team. If any problem arises, no one stands aside, everyone tries to help each other.

I am glad that the company is developing today. It is interesting to work here, although planning is a very complicated process, especially in the unstable environment. I am pleased that our management team highly values my work, and I have been rewarded several times. It is very important to me that I was recognized as the best employee, since for the last few years I have been working in a new business area - raw material planning. I was encouraged that I had done a good job.

Yulia Burmistrova,

Specialist, Supply Chain Planning Department

In 2012, I was actively looking for a job, but I did not see any Beko advertisements anywhere. However the company’s HR manager paid attention to my resume, contacted me, told me about the vacancy and terms. I was very interested in the specifics of the job - something unusual and interesting, not related to direct sales vs. others job offers. At first I worked as an office administrator in Rostov-on-Don, combining the duties of secretary and supply chain planner. The need for a secretary position disappeared over time when all regions switched to home office.
Now I work at the Beko representative office in Rostov-on-Don in the supply chain planning department. I was lucky enough to become a member of a very friendly team. People here are always ready to help and support each other in any situation, and managers do everything possible to ensure comfortable working conditions. Over the last years, thanks to our manager and IT colleagues, we have implemented several large and very important projects. Many processes were automated, which significantly speeded up work and shipments.

In addition, the company offers many training and professional development opportunities. We ask any question we have and there is no doubt that senior management will listen to us. Thanks to all this, we feel like we are not just a human resource, but part of a large, strong family and want to work with maximum dedication.

Being named among the top employees was a pleasant surprise, which further fueled my enthusiasm. It is much easier to overcome difficulties and obstacles if I know that I am valued and my contributions are recognized. Our success would not be possible without strong teamwork and a focus on results, so I am very grateful to everyone at Beko and always strive to justify the trust that my colleagues place in me during the course of my work.

Ludmila Lamanova,

Technician, Product Development and Quality Control Department

I joined our plant a long time ago, more than 15 years ago, i.e. at the very beginning of production. I immediately liked the plant as it is a useful and important business. At that time, in addition to refrigerators and washing machines, televisions were also produced, and I began my professional career in the quality department of the TV workshop. When this of production was closed, many employees, including me, were transferred to other departments. That is how I ended up in the washing machine testing laboratory. It turned out to be very interesting work. I had to learn a lot of new things and was very pleased with it. Three years later I became a technician in the development department of the laboratory.

When I was nominated for Employee of the Year in 2013, I was happy. This was the first time my work was had been valued so highly. It was very inspiring and pleasant, I was overwhelmed with emotions - I remember I almost cried at the award ceremony. When you and your work are treated with such attention, you try to work harder and do your best.

This year I was nominated for the title of best employee of the year for the third time! Of course, this is not only my merit, but that of our entire team. It is young and energetic, and I learn a lot from young people.

Vladimir Vlasenko,

Regional Sales Manager, Rostov-on-Don

I came to Beko in 2008. Before that, I worked as a salesman in a store. I have always enjoyed sales work, but this offer interested me because by doing this work I could sell, promote the Beko brand through regional channels and see the business grow due to my involvement. I joined as a regional representative for the Southern Federal District, now I am a senior specialist for the Southern Federal District: regional career growth is very moderate, we have only four people in our regional sales department. But we have been working together for a long time, more than 10 years, we are very friendly and always help each other not only in work matters, but also in personal issues. We're practically family; we want to work in a team like this for the rest of our lives.

I believe this is thanks to our management team, which was able to select such employees and inspire them so much that everyone is ready to move towards the same goal. The fact that our goals are achieved and even exceeded is the result of the efforts of our team. I have been working for the company for 15 years, I have experienced a lot at Beko, and I am inspired by absolutely everything, every little thing in my current work. The main feature that distinguishes the company from others is care for employees. This is the principled position of Orhan Saiman, our CEO. I would love to work with such a management team and give 200%.

The fact that I was named among the best employees also demonstrates the attention that our management pays to everyone without exception. I have never expected to become the best in the region, since in the Moscow office all the achievements are higher, but such a rating is all the more important for me, as it gives me confidence and understanding of my value to the company.

Tatiana Filatova,

Specialist, Purchasing Department

I joined Beko in September 2021 and have since found the company to live up to both my expectations and my values. We employ ambitious professionals who help solve problems and are not afraid of difficulties; they always support and offer their help. I have never met such a responsive and involved team in any company. The company's management never leaves you alone with difficulties; they provide support, advice and help to cope with a situation that at first glance seems like a tough nut to crack.

I have not been working for the company for very long, so far I held the same position that I came to. However, after the merger with IHP, my responsibilities expanded to the Lipetsk plant. All the processes and procedures in the two companies were different, but the merger happened organically in a short period of time, and I am proud to have contributed to it. Beko is a company you want to work for, an island of stability in a rapidly changing world. But at the same time, we are constantly developing, we are not afraid to look forward, we set new goals and achieve them.

Together with the company, I want to develop further, improve my professional skills and do everything possible to make Beko a leader in our market. The news that I was nominated as one of the best employees was very unexpected and pleasant. Over the past year, I have faced many new challenges and solved them with the support and mentorship of my colleagues, so they are also a large part of my success. Besides, becoming the best employee is a huge responsibility: you can’t stop, you need to keep moving forward!

Rinat Sagdeev,

Field Manager, Field Organisation and Training Department

I joined the Beko team in mid-2019 and for the last four years I have led the on-site team that advises customers in stores, helping them gain comprehensive information about our brands and make purchasing decisions. In general, I have been selling electrical appliances for almost 20 years, and have worked my way up from a merchandiser to the head of a field structure in our company.

I chose Beko because I believed in the brand: one of the world's largest manufacturers, capable of meeting the massive challenges ahead. For example, due to the growth of brand categories, I had the opportunity to double the number of stores with promoters and increase 10 times the number of promoters. Thus, even more customers were able to learn about our technology, and this was a significant contribution to the growth of all marketing metrics and sales growth. Of course, success was only possible thanks to the efforts of our entire sales and marketing team - a team of passionate professionals. And I am grateful to everyone for our common effort together, both in the daily routine of fulfilling sales targets and in organizing creative projects in brand areas.

The past year has been very challenging both in terms of workload especially and in terms of company growth, so it was very flattering to receive high recognition for my contribution to the overall result. I continue to work and develop my skills, because not only our business is on the rise, but also my family: now I have a “complete set” - a girl and a boy. This means that I cannot rest on my career achievements, I have to grow sales and market share. And may the power of the sell-out be with us!

Inara Yusubova,

Trade Marketing Manager, Built-in Appliances division

I joined the company in August 2020. Immediately after graduating from university, I had to move from Baku to Moscow, and when I came across an internship vacancy at Beko, I was attracted by the fact that it was a Turkish company and it was a reminder of home, because Azerbaijan and Turkey have similar cultures. The most important thing was the opportunity to develop in the field of marketing, because the position of a product manager is a multifunctional function, dealing with different areas of the market, such as logistics, sales, finance and brand development.

At first, I helped the team with presentations and market analysis, small tasks and certifications. After a couple of months, I was spotted and given the opportunity to prove myself, since the analytics specialist moved to another position and some of his responsibilities were delegated to me. It was challenging at first, but I did it and after a year and a half I was promoted to a Junior Product Development position working on wall ovens. After the merger of the two companies, Indesit and Hotpoint ovens were added to my brands, and later we added a new category Beauty. Now, as a senior specialist, I am already leading this category under the Grundig brand. I feel comfortable in my new role and I can say with confidence that I love what I do.

We have a wonderful and very friendly team, without them my development path would definitely have been much more difficult. My colleagues always found a way to help, explain and support me. All our successes are the result of teamwork. At the same time, we have opportunities for further development. When you feel valued, you want to invest more and more into your work. And the fact that I was nominated among the best employees makes me proud, grateful to my colleagues, gives me ideas for further development and the desire to tackle new challenges, because for any person not only the result of his efforts is important, but also the understanding that you are valued by the company.
