Gain perspective
On August 28, negotiations between the largest entrepreneurs and industrialists of the Kirzhach region and the head of our company took place at the Beko plant. The first meet-and-greet session was dedicated to gaining prospects for interaction.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Beko company: Gokhan Ozgurel, director of production and technology of Beko, Russia and the CIS, Stanislav Miroshnikov, operational director of the plant, Yulia Skopintseva, head of the human resources department, Irina Chudova, project specialist, Yulia Kadyrova, head of procurement department and by representatives of the Rusklimat Industrial technopark of engineering, climate control systems and electronics: Mikhail Timoshenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ruklimat Production and Trade Company, Dmitry Tretyakov, Director of External and Corporate Relations of the Ruklimat Production and Trade Company, Konstantin Tupikov, General Director of Mobile Homes LLC and Kamol Karimov, Production Director of the Izhevsk Heating Equipment Plant branch. The purpose of the meeting was not only to get to know each other and present the successes of the companies, but also to discuss possible cooperation in the field of social responsibility and human resources development.
Technopark employees, as well as employees of the Beko plant, reside in the area and, of course, are interested in the development of their land, in improving the well-being and updating the social infrastructure and urban environment of Kirzhach, which is necessary to ensure a comfortable life. Every company matters, but together we can achieve more.

One of the most important topics raised at the meeting was the preparation of qualified, motivated employees - both workers and engineers. Our plant cooperates closely in this field with the Kirzhach Mechanical Engineering College and partially with the Vladimir State University. Technopark representatives also have similar experience. But we have got an idea that by developing a unified strategy, we will increase activity in this area, raise the prestige of manufacturing jobs, and attract more young people. This is still on our roadmap, but any business takes the first step. It is necessary to assess production needs, understand how many employees, what job positions and what qualifications are required. We need to carefully plan our next steps and future actions. We are now discussing the creation of a working group that will contribute to the opening of an additional educational cluster, the development of training programs taking into account the needs of various industries, the attraction of experienced teachers and specialists, and the development of a talent pool.

The meeting was constructive. The meeting was constructive. I think that this was a very positive event, expanding the horizons and opening up new prospects for our plant. We will resolve issues, establish cooperation and look for common ground for the benefit of our region.
Of course, the growth of production and the attraction of new employees to Kirzhach to work from different places is directly related to the solution of the housing issue. People have to be accommodated somewhere, provided with a convenient way to get to work and have a comfortable rest. The technology park starts tackling these challenges by building some additional infrastructure for employees and members of their families. In parallel with the development of production facilities, the GreenLight residential complex was built on the territory of the Rusklimat Industrial Technopark of equipment, climate control systems and electronics. It offers comfortable, modern, inexpensive housing options the place of work. Mobile Homes LLC, one of the residents of the technology park, offers prefabricated houses made of environmentally friendly material - glass fiber reinforced concrete. For non-resident employees of the Beko plant, housing is also a serious challenge, so it is worth listening to the experience of your colleagues.
