Six years ago, Beko introduced a wonderful tradition of congratulating and rewarding company employees who have been working for the company already for 10 and 15 years. This year, for the first time after the COVID-19 restrictions, it was decided to organize awards ceremony on October 27 offline at the "Moscow" Hall.
At the beginning of the event, regional director of the company, Orhan Sayman, gave congratulatory speech, in which he emphasized the event importance. He emphasized that the company owes its success to its personnel, and he is very pleased that today so many Beko employees are celebrating their professional anniversary. Then all anniversary celebrants were invited to the stage in turn, along with their immediate supervisors. Leaders congratulated their employees, noting their contribution to the common cause, achievements, professional and personal qualities, after which they were all given letters of thanks.
The ceremony was held in very warm, cheerful and friendly atmosphere. It was easy to see that employees support each other, and their applause greeting each hero of the day is an express of sincere respect to colleagues and joy for such a close-knit team.
“It is a very important event for us,” said Anastasia Reshetova. – Holding such events, on the one hand, we want to express respect to our experienced colleagues who have chosen Beko and move forward together with us, developing and achieving their goals. On the other hand, we would like to show our new colleagues that the company is interested in long-term cooperation with every team member and believes in our common success.
Sergey Bryzgalov,
senior planning department specialist:
– I came to the plant immediately after university, in August of 2007, as refrigerator assembly line engineer. I wanted to stay in my hometown, therefor decided to get a job at the Beko company.
I got used to the work and the team very quickly. The work turned out to be interesting, there was a lot of new information and unusual tasks. The company employs good and experienced specialists who have taught me a lot over the last 15 years. Moreover, we have established friendly relations with some our Turkish colleagues who came to teach us, they also willingly shared their experience, and we still keep communicating.
In 2007, when I started as refrigerator assembly line engineer, the plant was at the very beginning of its development and manufactured not too high volumes of products. And it was very interesting for me to watch refrigerator production process so close. We, as engineers, were responsible for control of every operation on three assembly line sections, up to and including packaging of the finished products. We tried to improve something to speed up the line operation, there were even unofficial competitions between shifts, which one will produce more refrigerators. It was interesting to observe the process of creating new models of household appliances as well as participate in it.
In 2010, I was transferred to the production planning department as a specialist of the production planning department. It has special working atmosphere, which is also very interesting.
“
Our company develops from year to year, and we develop with it as well.
We order materials for washing machine and refrigerator production lines. In order to ensure timely arrival of orders to the factory, it is necessary to perform a huge, really titanic task (send an order, calculate production and transit terms, receive confirmation from the supplier, make sure that the order is loaded and track it). This task became especially challenging during the pandemic, but we managed to resolve difficult situations and did not stop the plant.
Now I work as a senior specialist of the planning department. Our company develops from year to year, and we develop together with it. I appreciate our stable condition, constant increase in our production and sales volumes. And I also sincerely advise my young colleagues - engineers, technicians - to come for work at our plant. Here you will obtain a broad experience and development opportunities.
Natalya Savitskaya,
accountant:
– I came to Beko in 2012 due to recommendation of friends and since then have been working here as an accountant. At first, it was difficult, of course, - anyway, each company has its own specifics, which you have to accept in the course of work. But, on the other hand, it is good: during my work for the company, I learned many things, obtained a great experience. I started working in the banking site, site of direct materials, then mastered the site of fixed assets. Currently I am working in site of expenses and indirect materials.
“
I am pleased that Beko team members highly appreciate the accountant work and respect our profession. It is very motivating to understand that you do necessary and important work.
Many people consider accounting boring, uninteresting and monotonous. I think otherwise: profession of accountant is really difficult, important, and interesting. In order to work as accountant, a person must have such qualities as responsibility, perseverance, time management skills, ability to listen and remember everything that is said and to concentrate on work. However, each person in the enterprise depends on accounting department and its careful and diligent work performance.
I am pleased that Beko team members highly appreciate the accountant work and respect our profession. It is very motivating to understand that you do necessary and important work.
Svetlana Sukacheva,
Head of quality system group:
– I joined the Beko plant in 2012, after the company I worked, has closed its production. By this moment, many of my former colleagues were already working at Beko and I heard a lot of great feedback about this company. And when I was offered the position of quality assurance engineer at the interview, I agreed.
At first, it was strange feeling to work in open office, where a lot of people constantly walk around, solving issues that do not concern you, but you hear everything. And sometimes it was difficult to focus on my official duties. At my previous place of work, I had my own department, where only six people worked, resolving only specific issues. Nevertheless, I passed an adaptation surprisingly quickly.
“
We try not only to control somebody's work, but also to provide technical and methodological support.
I was working as quality assurance engineer for almost eight years, and two years ago I became a head of the quality system group of the same department. Our team is responsible for identification of the problems (related to quality, ecology and energy efficiency) and for offering resolving methods in various processes. We try not only to control somebody's work, but also to provide technical and methodological support within our competence.
I love my job and appreciate and respect my colleagues. They are true industry professionals, and I am happy to work in the same team with them.
Evgeny Ukraschenok,
Head of repair service group of electronic engineers:
– My professional journey at the Beko plant began in April 2011, when I joined its IT department as technician. The department team was very good, and I began to gain experience. But due to the circumstances occurred after three months I was forced to leave for my hometown, Volgograd. In November 2011, I returned to Kirzhach and immediately gone to the plant, to HR department. I wanted to join the IT team, but there was no such an opportunity again. But there was a vacancy for a repairman. And I started to work as an electrician.
Elder colleagues accepted me very faithfully, shared their experience, taught me so that I could start working independently as soon as possible. I felt myself useful for the team, and this placed a certain responsibility on me and motivated for faster adaptation. At the same time, I studied at the correspondence department of the Volgograd State Technical University. After receiving my diploma in 2014 I was promoted to the position of an electronics engineer with the support of our team. Then, before the appointment, director of the plant organized some kind of examination for me. We walked around the plant and meanwhile he asked me questions about each type of equipment, specifying possible breakdowns that may occur, which types of works repair service should perform, how long it takes to restore the mechanism operating capacity, what determines repair quality, and so on. I answered confidently, because over the years of work I have obtained good knowledge of the conveyor, machine tools, mechanical lines - everything that our repair service worked with. And a few days later I was approved for the position of electronics engineer. In 2020, I have got another assignment - to the position of lead engineer, and in 2021 I became head of electronics group department of our plant's repair service.
“
I felt myself useful in our team, and this placed a certain responsibility on me and motivated to pass adaptation faster.
In my work, situations that require unconventional approach and knowledge in various fields, such as physics, mechanics, electrical engineering, arise every day. Repairs, especially concerning electronics and automation issues, always require serious organizational, analytical and physical skills. And of course, a lot of practical experience as well, as it is rather difficult to detect specified malfunction cause correctly without it. I had opportunities for training, professional growth and development in our factory. I can say with confidence that this is the place where I became an expert. I would like to advise my young colleagues: study always and everywhere, try to do something with your own hands. Useful skills and knowledge are everywhere around us. It will be essential for your success.
Congratulations to our colleagues celebrating their work anniversary at Beko!
