Plant business unit director is responsible for ensuring of production processes,
quality and production engineering in Kirzhach at all production stages and reports to the Executive Director for Production and Technology / Russia, Belarus, Central Asia and IHP.
Production planning director is responsible for planning IHP production processes
and reports to the Executive Director for Production and Technology / Russia, Belarus, Central Asia and IHP.
In order to increase the synergy of assembly operations and processes, new positions have been introduced: Head of production processes and Head of assembly processes. They report to the Plant business unit director.
Mechanical production and painting workshop is divided into two divisions: mechanical production and painting workshop under production process department. New heads were appointed for all divisions.
