The senior Santa Claus assistants work in the administrative and supply departments of the company. They find and order the best gifts, and organize festive events for employees during New Year days.
And the closer New Year is, the more stressful is work, since you also have to deal with production orders, as well as unexpected requests from charitable organizations that need help with gifts for the disabled and children from low-income families. And all this must be done right on time in order to satisfy everyone.
The main difficulty in this regard is to find and order a large number of identical gifts, since not all companies are ready to provide the required amount in a short time. Basically, we have to search through Internet sites, but from the other side, many suppliers make commercial offers to us.
Of course, not everything and not always goes as planned, especially in terms of delivery time. So, this year, our purchasing department was badly let down by one company, where we have ordered gifts for adults: they failed to ship orders two times. But "Santa Claus's helpers" work hard so that all children and adults could receive pleasant surprises before the New Year arrival. It is complicated and responsible job, because this year Beko prepared about 600 gifts for its team and another 450 for disabled children and children from low-income families!
