KVN (Humour Club) in Beko colors
Beko has been helping the KVN team of the Kirzhach Engineering College for more than 10 years. Upon graduation some of the college students will come to work at the plant, some will continue further education, but all of them will keep fond memories of their patrons.
- We must express gratitude to the plant - it has been helping students since 2010: it allocates money for participation in KVN festivals - including expences for transport, accommodation, meals, medical care and security for children in the camp. The students perform in a new uniform in the corporate colors of Beko, sewn by the factory, - said the college teacher and the head of today's team Svetlana Vasina. - This year we took part in the International Festival of Junior KVN Teams in Anapa. It was a great celebration, which was attended by 210 teams.
The Kirzhach team "Friendlies" includes five members, except the leader, all of them are students of our college. Everyone, including schoolchildren from neighboring schools, can take part in the festival: not only because the game is under the auspices of the Junior League, it is also our way to conduct career guidance and to promote our educational institution among schoolchildren. The selection is simple: once a week the whole team gets together and conducts rehearsals - this is a big and difficult job, so only those who are really interested to perform in KVN, who have found friends and way to express themselves in the team, stay. And of course, the composition of the team can change from time to time: the student has just learned to write jokes and perform, as he already becomes a graduate.

- I have been a member of the team for the third year already, within this period our team composition has changed twice, - said a 3rd year student, the team's leading actor Evgeny Ulitin. – The older guys taught me how to write jokes and how to work in a team. We became a close-knit team from the very beginning. Each KVN festival we take part impresses with the diversity of regions and cultures that exist in our country. It also develops self-confidence, and you gain the experience of speaking in front of a large audience.

“As a captain, I must always remain neutral in disputes between team members,” says 3rd year student Ilya Budkin. “But a good argument helps to find the truth. I liked liked all participants of the festival. We have seen wonderful young people, interesting master classes. And our team became even more united after the event.

You need to see the border between joke and vulgarity or silly thing. This year the performance program of the college team was devoted to the native city of Kirzhach.
“We are our own authors, directors and props,” says Svetlana Vasina. - My duty as a leader is to show children of our small town that such powerful projects exist, and that it is possible and necessary to participate in them. We also take part in the seasonal Junior League, but so far we have only reached the semi-finals. We are looking forward to the "KVN School" project revival. Children perform on a big stage, for a big audience - this is very important for their future life. And in addition, all my KVN students defended their diplomas with excellence! And now they are looking forward to start on-the-job internship.

Kirzhach guests especially liked the performance of the Bortsy team: it was really professional master class for young participants. The students learn from them how to speak from the scene and keep the audience interested.
This time, the Friendlies team did not stay for the second round, but there is no reasons to be upset. Boys and girls from Kirzhach in sky-blue uniform learned a lot, once again tried themselves on stage, in teamwork and met children from other cities. All their victories are yet to come ahead!
