People who are interested in growth
We introduce our employees who have received new appointments.

Nikolai Koblov

Head of the Mechanical Production Group:

"I have been working at Beko Company since 2006, I started as an equipment adjuster. I worked in my first position for a year and a half, then I was transferred to the automatic line operators but the duties remained the same - I was the only adjuster at the site. Our mechanical production is mainly manufacturing of metal parts on automatic press lines. First of all, these are body panels, doors for refrigerators, drums for washing machines. I came here in the period when all this was put into production, so I know all the processes, all the equipment inside and out. I came to the line of appliance bodies, then I worked on the line of drums, then I was transferred to the line of doors and again to the appliance bodies – I worked everywhere in a circle like this.

In 2011, I was offered the position of a technician, and three years later, in 2014, I became an engineer of the production group, serviced the equipment. I had to replace the head from time to time, when it was necessary, since last August I had actually been his deputy. The conversation about promotion had been going on for a long time, so I was ready for the new appointment and I officially took office on January 1.
Now we have those who really want to work and who are interested in working in our company.
Now I have to be responsible for all the equipment of our mechanical production, and for all its personnel, organization of activities. At first it was hard, a lot of responsibilities piled up, and not all of them were familiar. Experience helps, the fact that I have taken part in all the changes in production together with the plant, and we have had a lot of improvements during the time that I have been working – both in terms of increasing productivity and production efficiency. But it was still difficult: it was necessary to constantly solve something, the number of contacts with people greatly increased, it was constantly necessary to work with them - to organize, to improve working conditions, and sometimes to support morally. You come to the shift and don't notice how it ends: you need to communicate with someone all the time, everyone wants something from you... But now I'm used to it, everything is fine, there is enough time for everything, somehow it became quieter.

It also helped that we had a very good, responsible team – all employees who did not fit but who sometimes got here had already dropped out. Now we have those who really want to work and who are interested in working in our company. And when I became a manager, the relations in the team did not change: we are one team, work together, depend on each other and help each other. And at the same time, we have the same goals and objectives – first of all, this is development, both personal, for which, as we say, all doors are open, and of our production: introducing new models, mastering new equipment. And the new and the best, especially while maintaining such stability as we have in the company, is always interesting!"

Alexander Rybochkin

Head of the Treasury Group:

"I joined Beko Company on January 26, 2021 as a leading accountant, but they agreed with me in advance that I would take responsibility for the banking group that makes bank payments and controls accounts receivable and accounts payable. So from the very beginning I was actually engaged in the leadership of the group, and this year it is officially assigned to me.

In general, I have been working in this field since 2015, I started as a financial controller, worked as a financial analyst and financial manager, and gained extensive experience in currency control. And when Beko offered me a wide range of tasks that I needed to try to solve, I agreed almost immediately, without hesitation.

For me, work, solving some professional tasks and problems is something that is very interesting to do, as they say, all life long. I like projects that allow me to broaden my horizons, master some related professional areas. For example, at Beko, I have already been implementing new reporting for central departments, and it was very interesting for me to interact with our colleagues from Turkey, to make everything work for us so that they could see a more detailed picture of how we work here. Now
because of the sanctions, we have to work a lot with banks: conclude new contracts, open new accounts, move from one bank to another – all this gives invaluable experience!
For me, work, solving some professional tasks and problems is something that is very interesting to do, as they say, all life long.
In general, I would attribute the opportunity to constantly develop as one of the strengths of Beko as an employer. If you are interested in this, then the company will always find you tasks to work on. In other places, I have come across the fact that sooner or later you are stuck in growth – not even in terms of salary but problem solving. And here, if you participate in common projects, then this ensures your growth.

So right here and now my dreams are coming true, and in order to get what I want, I just need to keep doing what I'm doing now. Beko fully provides me what I want from work. For example, it was very interesting for me to manage a department of more than three people – now I have five people under my command, and everyone performs his own tasks but together we solve the main one – effective use of our company's financial resources so that we maintain stability in any conditions and have the opportunity to pay all the employees decent salaries."

Boris Yevtushevsky

Head of the Painting Group of the Mechanical Production and Painting Workshop:

"In 2014, I had to move to Russia from Donetsk region where I worked in the coal industry as a mechanic of a mining site. In December of the same year I got a job at Beko Company in the production of washing machines. There, as an engineer, the main tasks were to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the line, timely repair and maintenance of equipment, ordering spare parts – in general, duties familiar from my former place of work where I was also responsible for equipment for five years, only, of course, another one. But if, in general, I am used to solving such issues, making plans for preventive work, developing schedules, then it is not so difficult to retrain and master new production processes. The company had to pay more attention to reducing defects, reducing the cost of various materials: for example, to solve the issue of replacing expensive imported oil with a cheaper Russian analogue.

Four years later, I was offered to move to the powder coating workshop, also as an engineer but with better prospects for career growth. Again, I had to learn a lot, the technologies were completely new to me: knowledge of chemistry, not mechanics is more required in painting, this is primarily working with powders and various chemical reagents. The process of powder coating itself is quite complicated, so I constantly had to improve my knowledge, master something new, unusual. In addition, now I had to be responsible for two separate production lines: painting the parts for refrigerators and for washing machines.

I worked in this workshop for three years and, frankly, I thought that if I was promoted they would offer to move to another job site. However, I was offered the extension of my duties here, on the spot, in our internal cycle – but now another line was added to my workshop. The line for painting the condenser grids for refrigerators was added, new tasks appeared and the workload increased. The familiar duties – setting up equipment, ordering spare parts and so on – were supplemented with the issues of improving the working conditions, the life of workers, creating more comfortable conditions at work. There are more people in subordination – both responsibility and workload have grown. We have to divide tasks into those requiring immediate solutions and longer ones, which cannot be postponed but they are performed longer and do not require so much concentration and constant attention.
I don't want to stay at the same level all the time in my work: my personal goal is constant development, growth of opportunities, mastering new things.
In general, it was not so difficult to get used to it, to adapt to it. After all, I have accumulated considerable experience in solving various problems. Of course, I had to learn something new: previously I had already seen everything in the old workshop over the years and had time to understand everything, but I did not work in the new one at all. But this is just what is interesting: new tasks and new challenges are always the development, self–improvement of a person. So I plunged into this process completely, with pleasure, and did not hesitate to ask for help from colleagues, clarify something with my superiors, learn something from people right at the workplace - our company will always help and prompt a person who wants to grow and discover new opportunities for himself. And so, three months after the appointment I already fully entered the current mode of operation, everything was generally fine, I mastered everything without any big problems.

Now we have to solve new tasks at the new workplace: for example, we have set ourselves the goal of saving materials. Powder coating requires applying the certain quantity of powder to the parts – we want to reduce its consumption without compromising quality. In addition, we now have very large water consumption – we are also going to reduce it. Electricity needs to be saved too, we have a rather expensive workshop in this regard, a lot of powerful, energy-intensive equipment. There are already projects to replace engines with more energy efficient ones. At the same time, we also plan to increase overall productivity and labour efficiency – to produce more products with the same time spent. These are the tasks I set to my subordinates with the approval of the top management.

In general, I don't want to stay at the same level all the time in my work: my personal goal is constant development, growth of opportunities, mastering new things. At the same time, I consider it very important not just to move forward but also to bring benefits: if I was appointed in a position it means that they expect me to be able to improve something, do something for the company, maybe leave something after myself. And the company provides all the conditions for a person to realize himself as an individual at the plant – if, of course, he or she wants it.

I really like this in our company, and I also like stability and sense of confidence in the future. And I am very pleased with our team – here people reveal their potential and the company gives them the opportunity to unite: we regularly have corporate events, holidays for children, gifts for the New Year, and on March 8. Not only employees are loyal to the company but it is also loyal to them – it is very valuable when you are not just used as a working resource but they also give something in return!"
