All products produced at the factory of Beko Company pass through the powder painting workshop. Not only the appearance but also the durability of household appliances depends on how thoroughly the components will be painted. For Maxim, this workshop became his first place of work. As he says himself, he was attracted by the opportunity to understand the peculiarities of modern production through his personal experience. "As a chemist, it was interesting for me to get acquainted with such a complex process as coating metal parts with cataphoretic primer," Maxim said. – And in general, we have very modern production, and I like to understand this, there is some sense of excitement and desire to improve something, to bring some new ideas into production".

Maxim moved to Kirzhach from Ivanovo when he got a job at the factory and he believes that he has made the right choice. "Modern production, good professional team, excellent relations with colleagues and management. And the most important thing is that we are all interested in the overall result of our work – it motivates us very well to find optimal ways to solve any problem".

As Maxim says, communication with people is of great importance to him. At production this allows him to gain professional experience and learn something useful for work, and in his personal life - not to lose contacts with old friends and establish good relations with new acquaintances.

Kirill initially joined the Beko team as a manager to work with the key partner – DNS, a few months later he was transferred to the position of the manager to cover the Internet channel, and from February 2021 he headed the E-Commerce Department.

Under his leadership, in 2021 the E-Commerce Department through Internet channels and marketplaces did a lot of work on development of official online stores Shop Beko and Shop Grundig (the last one opened in February 2022). "The success of Beko with regard to E-commerce is the result of the work of a large team of employees from different directions," Kirill explained. – The company's management, marketing, product management, logistics, SCM, service, IT, finance, lawyers, accounting – all these departments are heavily investing into the development of the channel. As for the E-Commerce Sales Department itself, the key to our success is process automation. We try to automate or make more efficient each process that is repeated more than once a week".

According to Kirill, it is very interesting to work in the direction of E-commerce. This is a dynamic market that is constantly changing. It requires rapid adaptation but at the same time provides opportunities for quantitative and qualitative growth. "We have a professional team and at the same time very healthy atmosphere – everyone is focused on the results and is ready to help," Kirill said. "And I'm glad to be a part of this team."

According to Anton, the work at Beko is interesting for him primarily because it gives him the opportunity to get acquainted with the international experience of using advanced technologies in practice. "The department I work at allows me to access the wide range of the Group's experience," Anton explained. – In addition, Beko is stability and support in difficult times (the COVID–19 epidemic has well shown the company's attitude to employees), as well as the possibility of versatile development".

Anton is sure that the main condition for effective work and achievement of the goals set is the team. "You can't go far alone. The knowledge and experience of the team help to break down the task, to see the situation from different angles", Anton said. – Well, and after that – the knowledge gained and your own experience".

For several years Yana has been recruiting the personnel for the production lines of Beko Company, and, as she said herself, most of all she enjoys communicating with new people, finding out their motivation and readiness to work in production. Of course, it's not easy to work with people you don't know, you need to see a real person behind each CV and after that try to understand whether a new employee will fit into the existing team. Yana personally communicates with each applicant, talks about the working conditions in Beko, what social packages the company provides and what it provides the employees with.

Last year, Yana and her colleagues were given a difficult task – to recruit staff so that the plant could launch the four-shift production. "We haven't worked with so many applicants before," Yana said. – And of course, I would not have been able to cope with this task alone but thanks to the fact that we all worked as a team, as well as the help, support and confidence of our immediate supervisor, we were able to achieve this goal and recruit the right number of employees".

Yana confidently links her plans for the future with Beko Company. "I love my job too much to exchange it for something," she explained. – I like our team and our company, thanks to which I have the sense of confidence in the future. An interesting job, my beloved family, sports – I have everything I need for happiness!"

Storekeeper is a responsible job that requires a person to pay constant attention to all the details and accuracy in handling documents and constant control. But for Svetlana, all this does not seem to be something particularly difficult. She has been working as a storekeeper in the field of equipment repair and maintenance for about 30 years and she knows all the features of her profession in detail.

"We have a very friendly team in the Electromechanical Service," Svetlana said. – There is no such thing that everyone is busy only with his own affairs and does not want to know about the problems and difficulties of colleagues. Together we solve all the tasks that the leadership sets for us, even and if there are some disagreements we always find the solution optimal for everyone".

Svetlana believes that one of the secrets in the successful work of Beko Company in any conditions is a cohesive team and a unified approach to the organization of the workflow in production. "We all know what goals we have in front of us, we understand that their achievement affects the overall result of work, and we are interested in any task being solved as efficiently as possible," Svetlana explained.
