Business processes have been optimized, automation integrated, and working conditions enhanced – advancements that earned high praise from our distinguished guests during their visit earlier this year. Among them were Fatih K. Ebiçlioğlu, President of the Durable Goods Group at Koç Holding; Nihat Bayız, Director of Production and Technology at Arçelik AŞ (Beko); and Cem Kural, Director of Supply Chain and Procurement at Arçelik AŞ. They emphasized that such continuous progress is only possible through the seamless collaboration of every department and the unwavering commitment of each team member.
In this edition, we celebrate the contributions of colleagues at both ends of the production chain – from the refrigerator pre-assembly workshop, where it all begins, to the logistics department, where the final touches ensure excellence reaches our customers.
