BEKO FOR CHILDREN
The World of Beko: Kids' Version
The factory-wide children's drawing competition "Beko Through Children's Eyes" has concluded. Dozens of children aged 3 to 14 participated. An exhibition of the young artists' paintings was displayed in the factory lobby.

Choosing winners was not easy because all competition participants approached creating their drawings creatively and with inspiration. What wasn't there! Flying cars, robots performing absolutely the entire spectrum of household tasks, singing washing machines, android refrigerators. Right now, we perceive all this as pure fantasy, but who knows—perhaps this is a prototype of future innovations.

A child always draws not what they see but what they feel. And at this exhibition, we could see the world of Beko through children's eyes. We also learned how much our children value and respect our work.

Based on voting results, the winners were:
Maxim Tokarev (in the "Young Engineer" category);
Karina Karacheva (in the "Brightest Professional" category);
Anna Bryzgalova (in the "Fantasy Technician" category).

And of course, all participants received gifts.

Why do we love children's drawings?
We asked the competition winners to answer a few questions
Son of Andrey Tokarev, Head of Production Processes, and Svetlana Tokareva, Procurement Department Specialist
Maxim Tokarev (10 years old)
Winner in the "Young Engineer" category

-Maxim, how did you come up with the idea for your drawing?
- I drew a handyman. I wanted it to be clear: a real engineer or worker knows so much that you can't even list it all, and it's as if he has many, many hands. He can handle everything himself better than any superhero. Like my dad, who also knows how to do everything. He's an engineer, head of production, does lots of cool things. He always helps me when I'm making something.

- What else are you interested in besides drawing?
- I play soccer and go swimming.

- If you worked at the factory, what would you want to do?
- I'd like to invent new appliances.

- What new features would you come up with?
- For example, you press a button—and the refrigerator dispenses ice. You press another — and the refrigerator cleans itself or orders products that are running low.

- What do you wish for all factory employees?
- I want to wish that everyone at the factory succeeds in making lots of cool things. And that everyone stays healthy!
The nomination "Young Engineer"
Daughter of Anna Karacheva, Data Entry Specialist
Karina Karacheva (3 years old)
Winner in the "Brightest Professional" category
- Karina, tell us what's in your drawing?
- I drew my mom. She has a magic wand in her hand because she works miracles. She sits over there by that window and presses buttons so everything comes out right. And I really love to draw. Mom says I've already drawn all over the whole house.

- What else do you like to do?
- I go to kindergarten. There I love playing hide-and-seek. I have a friend Zhenya and a friend Danya, we play tag together.

- Would you like to work at the factory?
- Yes, I would. Where the robots are. And also together with mom. I like the washing machine because it has lots of buttons, and I already know how to do laundry!

- What would you like to add to the washing machine's functions?
- I'd want it to tell stories and sing.

- What do you wish for all factory employees?

- I wish everyone good spirits! Especially my mom.
The nomination "The Most Outstanding Professional"
Daughter of Sergey Bryzgalov, Senior Planning Department Specialist, and Yulia Bryzgalova, Logistics Specialist
Anna Bryzgalova (10 years old)
Winner in the "Fantasy Technician" category

- Anya, tell us what's in your drawing?

- I drew future machines that fly in the air on air-roads, and a robot with French fries and lemonade. And also a Beko washing machine. A robot services it. In the future, everything will change, but the machines will stay just as good.

- What else are you interested in?
- I love sculpting all kinds of figures from plasticine or clay — whatever comes to mind.

- If you worked at the factory, what would you want to do?
- I'd like to assemble refrigerators and washing machines or do something in the office at a computer. My mom and dad work at the factory, and I know it's interesting. Mom deals with transportation, and dad with planning.

- What new features for appliances would you come up with?
- I'd come up with a way for the washing machine to change color, not just white or gray, but whatever you need — green, red, yellow. That's more fun. And for it to sort items before washing by itself. And for the refrigerator — so you could put ice cream anywhere, not just in the freezer, and it wouldn't melt there.

- What do you wish for all factory employees?
- I wish everyone works well, with pleasure, because they make awesome appliances!
