This year the festival featured many new rides and trampolines. It turned to be a real hit. The children were jumping, running, and making noise, like during the most long-awaited break at school. But those who were stacking giant Lego bricks were extremely concentrated. Somebody built towers and other intricate structures independently, somebody with the help of parents. Joy and laughter increased hour by hour, creating an atmosphere of absolute liberty and fun.
For a company that produces washing machines, it was completely logical and right step to include a soap bubble show in the holiday program. Both children and adults watched with equal admiration as huge soap bubbles flew, shining with iridescent colors, or as hundreds of small ones swirled. It turned out to be not so simple. But many people wanted to blow bubbles, and the children's delight was really unlimited.
The second part of the celebration, which attracted about 300 spectators, featured the famous Russian pop group Galibri & Mavik, who came especially for this occasion. Beko has cheered up city residents by inviting popular artists to the stage already for second year.
The music of the Russian duo, founded in 2020 by Evgeny Trukhin (Galibri) and Alexander Fomenkov (Mavik), belongs to the modern pop genre. They performed dynamic dance compositions. The open-air hall danced and sang along to the hits in full force, including the famous song “I’m like Federico Fellini.” The performance was. of course, followed by the autograph session, giving the opportunity to take pictures with favorite artists.
And the final part of the holiday became a real extravaganza – the Holi color show, where children took bright colors in their hands and joyfully threw them into the air. Everyone was covered in paint and looked rather happy. Multi-colored clouds rose up, falling down on hair, faces and clothes - it was bright and very cheerful show. One could see extemporary photo shoots elsewhere: smiling faces covered with paints, blue, green and red hands. And really, where else, except for the Beko festival, can you walk around so free with a red-blue-green face?!
Beko holidays have been traditionally hosted by the wonderful artist Yulia Zaitseva . She easily creates a warm atmosphere at events, always approaches each topic creatively and quickly adapts to any concept. On stage, Yulia with real energetic approach conducted competitions, “chemical” experiments, “Science Show” and was the true soul of the holiday.
She wrote on her social media: “There is one annual event in my life that takes so much energy and nerves. You wake up every morning thinking only about it... tossing and turning before going to bed, thinking only about it again... It's like first love, you know. It’s fortunate that the director is very passionate about the process and available for contact twenty-four-hours. Thank to "Beko" for such emotions and such opportunities! Your Kids Day project is pure love at first sight."
Why people need holidays? A traditional proverb says that it's a "longing of the soul". But deep down inside, we all, regardless of age, are forever children and dream to drive into a world of magic and joy at least for a moment. "Beko" provides us with such opportunity – it inspires and gives unforgettable emotions.
