– I joined the factory in 2015 because I wanted to work in production, to see with my own eyes how modern household appliances are created, and to be involved in this process.

The first impression I remember is that the factory is some kind of very complex living mechanism in which all these people do unclear things, just like I will do here. But as soon as I started to get into work, everything turned out to be not so difficult, especially since my colleagues and my immediate supervisor helped me. Everyone was interested in training me faster so that I could become a full-fledged operational worker. All conditions were created for this purpose: they offered me a mentor, gave me the opportunity to take trainings and courses, taught me how to work with 3D devices and 3D scanners for further testing in the quality department.

Beko gave me a vast experience of working with modern technologies and tools, skills of interaction in a large team, and I am very glad that I got here once. Even though I have been working here for more than seven years, I am still passionate about my work. Every day brings us complex challenges, we are constantly improving in new tasks and looking for effective solutions. We have a lot of innovation going on in manufacturing, and I like to be a part of it. I hope that we will always move forward.
The fact that I was awarded the title of the best worker is a wonderful reward. As for me, it is a recognition that I am really good at my job, and the management of the factory notes and appreciates my performance.

– I have known for a long time that Beko is a world famous company. One day in 2021, I had the opportunity to become part of such a modern industrial manufacturer, which certainly interested me, as it gives me great opportunities as a professional. From the very beginning, I noticed that the company takes quality control and measurement very seriously. The factory’s management team ensures that the production of cutting-edge equipment, many processes are automated, quality control at all stages is organized at the highest level.

At first, of course, I faced difficulties, I was warmly welcomed by my new team, my colleagues helped me, and in some ways I helped them. And thanks to the joint work, we have been able to achieve a lot over the past 2 years. We have put on record all measurement tools available at the factory to ensure they are checked and calibrated in a timely manner. Now, together with the procurement department, we are coordinating all new measuring instruments, making sure that they are in the state register and accompanied by the necessary documents. We have also checked the knowledge of operators working with the measuring tool, drew up documents, and I can say with confidence that everything related to metrology and quality control at the factory is at least 99.99% adjusted.

And when I was nominated as the best employee, I was very pleased with such recognition, which means that my work is noted and appreciated, which is very motivating.

- I have been working in Beko since 2016, my family and I had just arrived to Kirzhach, and a friend of mine told me what a wonderful company it was.

At first, of course, it was scary to face my new team and work, and no one knew how they would see me and whether I would get through. However everything turned out very well, we are truly a great team, always friendly environment, and we help each other. There is a tremendous amount of information in our work. We are in touch with customers, help them choose the right equipment, accompany them in case of any problems in the future. Sometimes we have to deal with both complaints and negativity, but we always try to help, even if it's not easy. The company supports us to cope with this, and offers us various courses and trainings. Each of us strives to learn, grow and further our professional development.

I am inspired by the fact that everyone is on the same team, we can solve complex issues and problems of the company. I am proud to be part of a company that makes people's lives easier, innovates in home appliances and makes prices affordable for the consumer.

When I was recognized as the best employee, I confess that I was delighted and, of course, very pleased! Such a high recognition at work is very important for me, for which I am very grateful to my colleagues and management! We are a team, we are working toward one goal, and we will definitely achieve all our goals!

– I joined the Ural regional office of Beko in 2010. I had heard a lot about the company at the time, and I became interested in working on such a promising team. I was lucky with the team, my colleagues warmly welcomed me and helped me quickly get up to speed. Even though we work remotely from our head office and production site, I have never felt like I was losing touch with the Beko team. I am completely immersed in the processes and business of the company, we are constantly in touch with colleagues from other departments and the interaction is very fast.

I really think I work for the best company. We have a cool state-of-art production site, we are confident in our future, we are offered an excellent social package and an excellent team of managers - real leaders whom we want to follow and achieve new goals. I pride myself on always not only meeting my sales targets, but exceeding them. Year after year, I manage to achieve a steady increase in sales. Even last year, which was very challenging for me, I showed a good increase.

And yet I was chosen as the best employee, which was completely unexpected. At first, I could not even believe that I was among the nominees. My heart was too full for words to express my joy and pride I felt when I realized how much my performance was appreciated!

– I joined the Beko Supply Department in 2019 and at first I was very worried that I might not be able to cope with the heavy workload. Our department is small, only 11 people, and the company is huge, we are responsible for the supply of the entire factory, and any mistake can cause unpleasant consequences. But the result was much better than I thought. Colleagues and the company helped me: various trainings are held for us on the competencies necessary for our work.

The "suppliers" always have a lot of work, you won't be bored, every day there are some news, changes. We follow the market, check prices, look for new suppliers and, despite all the difficulties we manage to successfully achieve targets set for us.

But still, the fact that I was nominated the best employee came as a complete surprise. I was just listening to the awards ceremony going on, and suddenly my name was called among the nominees. And the first thought was: I have not prepared my speech, what am I going to say?! Of course, it is very nice that the company appreciates me in the same way that I appreciate my job. I believe that we have one of the best companies in Russia, and I am very pleased to be part of a successful team with a great future.

- I learned about Beko when I was finishing my studies at the Vladimir Institute at the Faculty of Psychology and came to the factory as an outsourced worker. After graduating, I was offered to become the secretary of the Administrative Department. I gladly agreed to this job, as I really liked our responsive team and a wonderful family atmosphere.

The first thing that immediately catches your eye is the solidarity of people and a sincere interest in the results of their work, as well as support, attention and care for employees from the company, both experienced and newcomers.

I can say the same about myself. During my time at the company, I have changed, become more confident, and gained many new skills. I would like to constantly learn new things, master new directions for myself, solve more complex problems, participate in interesting projects and events.

The fact that I was nominated among the best employees was unexpected and very pleasant. I think that my colleagues work just as well as I do, and it is hard to pick just one persone. Of course, I am very glad that my work was noticed and appreciated!

- I came to the Beko factory in 2011 on the recommendation of friends, but I knew the company before, because I saw an advertisement for its products, and I really wanted to work in modern production, try my hand at work.

It was not easy, but it helped me a lot that I had very good relations in the team from the very beginning. They assisted me, and thanks to their support, I found a nerve to fin in the team. Now I go to work with pleasure, work brings a lot of positive emotions, it inspires me a lot, because I do what people really need. We have very good team cohesion in our workshop that performs professionally work, quickly solves challenges and makes some beautiful quality products that are well known and highly appreciated by our customers.

I am very pleased with the work at Beko and I am proud that we did not stop working and developing even in the most difficult times of crisis. It inspires and makes me want to work and achieve more. Respect for and care for people have become an important part of our corporate culture. Our company assists students and young professionals to study and develop, provides comfortable working conditions and encourages the best employees.

I did not expect that I would be among the best employees. When I heard that my name was announced among the nominees, I was literally speechless. It seemed to me that I did not stand out in the team, although I tried to give all my best, put my soul into it. For me, such a high appreciation of my job is an important award, it means that I have achieved something in my work!

- I joined the factory in 2020, when my family moved to Kirzhach from Vladimir.
Previously, I was a Design Engineer and worked mainly with drawings, but here, as a Mechanical Engineer, I had to make decisions in situations where equipment needed repair or some kind of issues arose. Getting familiar with the new responsibilities was not easy. It was nice to get the support of the team, colleagues shared their experience, informed about the features of the repair service. And step by step I mastered new activities: hydraulics, mechanics, electrics. Our Mantenance Departement is a factory emergency service which needs to find out the cause of the problem and fix it as quickly as possible so that production does not stop. Many times I had to rush to the factory in the middle of the night and stay at work 24 hours if I needed to deal with a major accident.

But I have never regretted coming here. Beko stands for stability and good working conditions, it is a company that really cares about its employees, offers them opportunities for growth and development, and encourages those who do their job conscientiously.

It was a big surprise for me that I became the best employee. I believe that everyone should strive to accomplish their tasks as best as possible, and that is normal. But, of course, it was very nice to receive such a high rating.
