Housewarming!
In February, the employees of the Beko and IHP offices have united into single team and started working in the renovated premises. Both teams were congratulated with start of business activities in their new offices by Beko General Director Mr. Orhan Sayman.
In 2022, Arçelik acquired new assets in Russia. It is referred to the production site in Lipetsk, that previously belonged to Whirlpool, and after renaming, received the name IHP Appliances JSC (IHP Appliances). In order to centralize marketing, sales, logistics and other important processes, it was necessary to unite the office employees of Beko and IHP companies and arrange working parameters for them in accordance with uniform standards.
It took a lot of effort and expense. The premises were redesigned: separate meeting and collaboration rooms were allocated, personal desks and equipment were installed, and a plan for the simultaneous relocation of both teams was developed. As a result, the modernized IHP office became the residence for the united marketing and sales teams, and the Beko office took over the logistics, finance, HR, legal and IT issues.

Of course, the company tried to help all newcomers to adapt as quickly and comfortably as possible. Some issues were resolved in advance, others were managed during the moving process or afterhead. The employees, for their part, exhibited their resourcefulness, and the relocation process has passed off rather smoothly, in an atmosphere of mutual cooperation.
Today Arçelik opens up new development directions in Russia. Using of cutting-edge know-hows, diverse product range, research and development capabilities, along with strong sourcing, distribution and sales networks, will provide powerful synergies and growth opportunities for the company.
Now the company has the opportunity to combine best practices and help people to form a united team that can jointly develop all four common brands - Indesit, Beko, Hotpoint and Grundig. It is a very complicated and long-lasting process that is still ongoing but has good integration that is already clearly seen.
And the Beko plant now has a sister plant in Lipetsk, which will produce household appliances under the Indesit, Hotpoint and Grundig brands. And it will also share with us news about its success and achievements as well.
