In February, the Beko plant was visited by the head of the Vladimir regional Kirzhach district administration, Sergey Budkin, who was appointed to this position in January 2023 and decided to get acquainted with the main industrial centers of the region immediately.
Sergey Budkin visited all production sites of the plant, examined the workshops where details of the assembled equipment are produced, as well as assembly lines where washing machines and refrigerators acquire their final form. In the showroom, the guests of the plant got acquainted with samples of finished products manufactured by Beko, from luxury goods to household appliances of the mass consumer category.

A plant review tour for the guests was conducted by the enterprise management team - the operational director of the plant Stanislav Miroshnikov, the head of the quality department Georgy Berulava and the operation manager Andrey Tokarev. They told how the plant is developing today, how production is expanding and the output of new products is increasing.
The creation of attractive working conditions for employees is of great importance for the achievement of these goals, so the plant pays great attention to this issue. The workers are provided with free meals, corporate transport and a number of other benefits and incentives. The company offers a voluntary medical insurance program, the level of wages has increased by 37% over the past 3 years. Beko actively cooperates with the Kirzhach district, where about 65% of the plant's employees reside. The plant often sponsors various cultural and sportive events, and together with the administration tries to increase the attractiveness of Kirzhach for the youth of the region. Among other things, the company closely cooperates with the Kirzhach Engineering College and other educational organizations, whose students do practical training at the plant, and after receiving diploma, come here for work.
Beko is not going to stop there, the company has ambitious plans for the future: the plant has switched to a three-shift operation mode, new kinds of equipment, including by the Grundig brand, are being introduced to the Russian market, new investments in the production development are planned. And of course, all these plans are closely related to the general development of the Kirzhach district, which has acquired a special economic zone status this year, that will allow regional enterprises to get additional support measures from the state.
Stanislav Miroshnikov,
operational director of the plant:
