– We consider working with young people very important. And it means not only interaction with colleges and universities, but also assistance to our employees and their children. Step by step, we are making work at the plant more informative, with focus on the generational continuity: we send children of our employees to internships, publish open vacancies, inform about the opening hours of the admissions committee at educational institutions, and organize excursions. In addition to industrial practice, internships, and traditional competition for a personal scholarship SMART LEAGUE (Smart League), young people were able to participate in “Dialogues on equal terms” - conversations with leading Beko specialists and production site managers. We have great plans for further development of work with the younger generation. We are preparing a series of trainings on career development, specialize in career guidance, and plan to increase the number of universities and partner colleges, as well as employees who will receive higher technical education.
