“It’s especially important today to show young people the real manufacture”, says HR specialist Yulia Ersal. “We’re breaking the stereotype that working in a factory is uninteresting and unfashionable. On the contrary: we are demonstrating a high-tech, automated company with robotic lines and complex processes. This helps to develop an interest in engineering and blue-collar professions and make an informed choice”.
In 2025, 270 students visited the Beko plant. The company cooperates closely with the city of Kirzhach employment center, the education department, and the district universities, colleges, and schools. Most often, the tours are attended by young men – college students, but young women also show interest, especially those already studying technical specialties. The plant has created equal opportunities for everyone: women successfully work as chemists, laboratory technicians, technologists, and planners.
“Students’ interests always vary”, notes Yulia Ersal. “Some are attracted by career advancement, others by modern equipment and technologies. For many, corporate culture, support programs for young professionals, stability, and social guarantees are important. Almost everyone is interested in income, but also in the opportunity to realize their potential in solving real-world problems. 2025 was a very eventful year. We will continue this work in 2026”.
Manufacture plant tours allow you not only to see the manufacture process from the inside but also to communicate with the employees. Students have the opportunity to see for themselves that the “Beko” plant is a high-tech company where working is prestigious and exciting. Furthermore, each young specialist has the opportunity to grow and develop as a professional – there are training programs, opportunities to continue their education at universities (with co-financing), study English, and travel abroad on business trips. The company is committed to the successful future of its employees, so many of them quickly advance their careers.
