On November 8, the main project event of the year - the “Completing Projects” presentation was held at the Beko plant.
The management team, led by Beko & IHP Production and Technology Executive Director Gokhan Ozgurel, was presented with 19 projects from 11 divisions of the company. Representatives of the polystyrene foam production, refrigerator assembly, mechanical production and painting departments, as well as technical development, product development, quality, equipment repair and maintenance, supply, IT and other departments spoke to their colleagues. Among the problems to solve which these projects were organized, a large proportion was presented by tasks to reduce percentage of defects and material losses, improve the quality of products and processes, modernize equipment and automate processes. Each project received a lively response from the audience: management representatives and colleagues asked clarifying questions, discussions flared up.
Some projects we will describe more in detail.
Stanislav Miroshnikov,
Operations Director of the plant:
– We annually hold such events so that our employees can show what they are doing as part of project activities, how they are improving our production and other business processes. I can note that projects are getting better every year. The quality of projects and importance of the issues they address increase. And people improve their level: they better make presentations and discuss their ideas. So project activities contribute not only to the company development, but also to the personal development of employees. This year I liked that many projects we presented by young people. Young people are, of course, are snapping at our heels, but we can only rejoice at this, because they are our future!
