  • Family. Son. Parents. All of my loved ones. Even when they're far away, I feel their support and trust. And it lifts my spirits
  •  There is a place like that. It's a small town called Tom in the northwest of Uzbekistan, near Nukus. There's a river not far from home, familiar places.
  • I'd take plenty of water, food, and a good book. And most importantly, inner strength.
  • My favorite book I've read lately is 'To Live' by Chinese author Yu Hua. It's about one man's life, about how luck isn't the most important thing—what really matters is willpower and character.
  • Spring preparations for the new football season.
  • I’ve been in Russia for five years now. The first two years, I worked at different jobs. After that, I joined the Beko plant, and here I found my place. The team is great, the management is supportive, and the salary is stable.
  • We have a great team, and the message is simple: keep up the good work.

  • Sunshine and beautiful weather. The beautiful faces of the women in our company bring joy. And there’s also peace and mutual understanding in the family.
  • A trip to Pamukkale in Turkey with my young son made a big impression on me. There are thermal springs with white salts, the ancient city of Hierapolis, and Cleopatra’s Pool. It was amazing.
  • On a deserted island, it’s better to bring a man along. He’ll build a shelter, and it’s more fun with company. But if it’s just about items, I’d take matches, sunscreen, and a beautiful dress.
  • I love books related to psychology. I have a whole collection of Paulo Coelho's books. I really like this author.
  • In spring, there's always a lot of cleaning and window washing. It's a time of awakening, a time to come out of hibernation. That's why you want not only to tidy up everything around you, but also to refresh yourself – to wear something nice, look your best, and set a positive mindset.
  • At the age of 20, I started working in the passport and visa service, and it turned out that working with foreign nationals was very interesting to me. There are a lot of nuances and details. Since then, I’ve been working in this field and I love my job.
  • I would like to thank my colleagues for their unity and care for one another. We have a young and very creative team. I hope everyone continues to spread joy, goodness, and kindness, like rays of sunshine.

  • I am really energized by coffee, I can’t live without it. After a cup of aromatic coffee, I feel great. I also need sunshine, children, and walks to be happy.
  • Five years ago, we visited Lake Ritsa in Abkhazia. I still remember it vividly. It’s impossibly beautiful there: the emerald color of the water, the mountains, and the peaceful tranquility. I would love to go back
  • I’d bring survival gear: a knife, a lighter, and a book to keep myself busy.
  • My favorite book is 'The Master and Margarita' by Mikhail Bulgakov. It’s about the connection between the visible and the invisible, and how we will all eventually pass into eternity.
  • I have a garden with flowers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and herbs. I need to take care of it. And, of course, Easter: I paint eggs and bake cakes with my children.
  • I work with people and also use 1C software. I enjoy it, and it’s great that the job is close to home.
  • I want to tell my colleagues that I love them very much and I’m happy to work with them. The girls are inspiring, helpful, and always supportive. Our managers are wonderful too.

Nikolay Zhelezoglo,

  • Grape vine care. I have a lot of grapes at home. When I’m tired or feeling down, I retreat to the shade of the vineyard and work with it at a relaxed pace. Somehow, I find the strength, and it brings me joy.
  • Mountains. In the Caucasus, in Dagestan. The altitude, the clean air, everything is beautiful.
  • I’d take matches, a knife, bread, and salt.
  • As a child, my favorite fairy tale was “Urfin Jus and His Wooden Soldiers". About the triumph of good over evil.
  • The vegetable garden – there’s always plenty to do there.
  • I like that the work here is stable and that we have a great team. I also enjoy the assembly process itself.
  • To my colleagues, I wish all the best – may you work and communicate in harmony, and achieve your goals.
