On February 7, 2025, the Beko plant was visited by key representatives from the holding company: Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu, President of the Durable Goods Group at Koç Holding; Nihat Bayız, Production and Technology Director at Beko; and Cem Kural, Supply Chain and Purchasing Director at Beko. Our plant has undergone significant changes in recent years, and we had much to showcase and discuss with our esteemed guests.
The purpose of the visit was to tour the Beko plant and evaluate potential areas for supporting the company. The agenda was full. During a meeting with Onur Dostel, Regional General Director, Mr. Fatih discussed the current economic situation in Russia, the overall state of affairs at the company, and production forecasts for 2025. After the meeting, the guests took a tour of the plant.

Mr. Fatih's previous visit to the Beko plant was in 2023, and during this trip, he acknowledged the significant progress the company has made, including the modernization of production facilities, the introduction of automation, and advancements in technology.
The leadership team conducted a thorough tour of the plant’s key workshops and departments. They commended the work done and acknowledged the significant positive changes at the plant. Gökhan Özgürel, Executive Director of Beko LLC & IHP, and Stanislav Miroshnikov, Chief Operating Officer at the Beko plant, gave the guests a detailed overview of the improvements made, highlighting their benefits and their impact on increasing productivity and product quality. The discussions also covered optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and boosting energy efficiency. ­
Concluding the visit, Mr. Fatih highlighted the importance of every employee in achieving the company’s goals and expressed his gratitude for their professionalism and dedication. He also noted the significant progress made in modernizing production, implementing advanced technologies, and improving staff qualifications. Mr. Fatih assured that the holding company would continue to support the plant’s development, leading to real gains in the company’s competitiveness.

The visit of the holding company’s leadership to the Beko plant marked a significant milestone, underscoring the parent company’s strong commitment to developing production facilities and acknowledging the plant’s notable achievements.

The visit of Mr. Fatih and his team of executives to our plant served as a catalyst for the further development of the enterprise, reaffirming the correctness of our chosen direction and providing motivation for new achievements in process improvement.

During the plant tour, Mr. Fatih immersed himself in every detail, offering several suggestions for optimization. A key moment was the discussion with Nihat Bayız, Production and Technology Director at Arçelik AS (Beko), regarding investments in production automation. He promised to support the development of this area from a budgetary perspective.

It was especially gratifying that the leadership expressed their satisfaction with the plant, its future prospects, and, more generally, with Beko in Russia.
